Reading around - Prenuptial Agreements

I suggest reading Never Fading Wood's Compulsory Pre-nups. Not for legal issues, as the writer of that blog is not an attorney but for something broader. While reading it, I thought of the movement to make obtaining a divorce more difficult. I always thought most of the ideas were silly but here is one idea that might make help make more marriages avoid divorce.
