I can say that question leads to another question: does the husband dispute paternity?
If husband does not dispute paternity, the divorce proceeds normally - a Final Hearing with custody determined, child support set, and parenting time (visitation) ordered.
If the husband disputes paternity, then the Final Hearing is put off till after birth of the child for testing of paternity.
