Following Up on "How can I guarantee that it is being calculated properly without using the computerized system?"

This post exists as Exhibit 1 that lawyers have tunnel vision, too. When I wrote How can I guarantee that it is being calculated properly without using the computerized system?, I overlooked the information provided by the Indiana Supreme Court about the calculator. Why? Because I use the thing too often, been to too many seminars about child support to think I needed to read what is online. I probably still do not need to read them but for two things: 1) for my own curiosity and 2) to answer the question put forth in my earlier post.
