The Indiana Lawyer Daily reported on New legal center opens in Marion County that sounds like it could be useful for some of you visiting this blog from Indianapolis:
"The center will provide resources and referrals for various services such as domestic violence, protective orders, substance-abuse treatment options, and how to find an attorney. Residents filing pro se will be able to view videos that walk them through the self-representation process, as well as use public-access computers and receive assistance from a trained law librarian about how to use the Indiana Supreme Court's self-help Web site."The article gave no telephone number but did give this contact information:
The staff of the Family Court Project will be located in the new resource center in the west wing of the City-County Building, Room W -125, 200 E. Washington St., Indianapolis.Those living in Marion County, Indiana and wanting to do their own divorces really need to check this out.
