Indiana Child Support Payments - News From the Clerk's Office

Excuse any typos because they are actually defects in scanning the handout from the Madison County Clerk's Office and turning it into text I can post:

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHANGES FOR PAYING

YOUR INDIANA CHILD SUPPORT

Effective immediately, Indiana law requires your child support payments be made to
the Indiana State Central Collection Unit “INSCCU” at the address below:

Indianapolis, Indiana 46207-7130

The INSCCU will accept the following types of payments:
Personal checks Money orders Cashier’s checks

Benefits of mailing support payments to INSCCU:

• Time Saving - No more trips to the Clerk’s Office or waiting in line
• Convenient - Just fill out the pre-printed remittance form and mail it with your
check or money order to INSCCU at the above address (Do not send cash)
• Secure — Payments are processed at a secure state-of-the-art facility
• Payment Record — You may still obtain a record of receipt of your payment
from your local Clerk’s Office, if needed

When sending a child support payment to the INSCCU, please include the following
information:

• your name • your address
• your phone number • payment amount
• last 4 digits of your • your ISETS case # _______________________
social security # • your court cause #________________________
• custodial party’s name

A Child Support Payment Remittance Form found at www.lNSCCU.com may be
downloaded, completed, printed and sent in with your payments. Questions
relating to your payments? Contact INSCCU at 317-233-5437 (local) or 800-840-
8757 or 317-241-9636 (TTY) Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Automated phone service is also available
24 hours per day, seven days per week.
