What The President-Elect Proposes for Families

Thanks to the Family Law Prof Blog for providing the link to President-Elect Obama's agenda for families. While nothing directly impacts the subject of this blog, I think many of the proposals (such as expanding the Family Medical Leave Act) do have an indirect impact on my family law and civil practices.
