New York Times on Grandparents Getting Custody

Since I write as much as I do about third party custody, I jumped on the notice that The New York Times published an article on grandparents and custody. Grandpa Does More Than Baby-Sit disappoints a bit since it really discusses grandparents getting custody of grandchildren in what we call in Indiana a CHINS (Child in Need of Services) case, or a welfare case. As such it is an excellent article. The article also provides a link to the National Committee of Grandparents for Children’s Rights.
