Following up on my Child Support: Administrative Agency?, I found a study online at the website for Indiana's Department of Child Services. The title indicates to me this may be the source for the Senate Bill discussed in my earlier article: "White Paper" reforms - proposed legislative change to Child Support Program. The Bill appears to have died in the Indiana House.
See my earlier article for more details on why I think this is a bad idea. Put simply, the Indiana Bill of Rights guarantees that the courts shall remain open to the public and I see this as a way to sidestep that right.
