Who Creates Indiana's Child Support and Parenting Time Guidelines?

These come to us from the Indiana Supreme Court which delegated the actual work to the Domestic Relations Committee.

The Domestic Relations Committee is working on revisions to Indiana's Child Support Guidelines. They previously completed a Domestic Relations Benchbook and child-centered Parenting Time guidelines. They also established recommended standards for countywide domestic relations ADR plans.
