That is my thought after reading Give Who May End Up Paying Past Due Child Support? Your New Spouse. Quite appalling. I expected something along the lines of a fraudulent transfer (which can be used in Indiana) case but this was something quite different. Good writing and should serve as a reminder that family law varies from state to state.
