Grant Griffiths over at Kansas Family & Divorce Lawyer has a short post on the Pennsylvania case that the United States Supreme Court refused to review. This does not mean anything than two things: 1) denying review does not create law and so the Pennsylvania decision stands; and 2) there is no authoritative decision on the federal constitutional issue that applies throughout the country. I would expect more attempts to get the United States Supreme Court to give that authoritative, national opinion.
