Circling around the paternity affidavit still. Under Indiana Code 31-14-11-1, with a paternity affidavit and a putative father failing "to set forth evidence at a child support hearing that rebuts the man's paternity" leads to the court ordering paternity established and set an amount for child support.
As I wrote here, I do not think Indiana's paternity affidavit adequately states this right.
