News: Some Indiana Child Support Payments Delayed?

Got this from today's Muncie Star Press, Some Ind. child support payments could be delayed

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana’s child services agency has warned parents that some child support payments could be delayed as the state switches to a new computerized accounting system.

State officials say that to make the switch, workers had to stop processing payments for a short time. The state Department of Child Services says payments that normally would have been made this past Friday through Tuesday should be made by Thursday.
Not much commentary to make this one.  Although the article did not say so, I assume these to be the payments made to the State and not to the County Clerks.
